Cindy Chen Si Yi confirmed to pair up with Jerry Yan to act in movie Dark Wedding. She expressed that she would like to get kissed by Jerry Yan.

Previously it was rumored that Jerry Yan would be the male lead for the movie and the female leads were unconfirmed. It is now confirmed that Cindy Chen would be one of the female leads. Others include Viann Zhang Xin Yu and Li Fei Er from China. Cindy Chen will act as a rich girl in the film. Heard that she will have a lot of acting scenes with Jerry Yan.

She couldn’t keep her excitement when been interviewed and said, “a little nervous because I grew up watching F4. Didn’t expect that I can act with him. Still unsure if there are romance scenes. It wouldn’t be good if it is too explicit. I will be very happy if he just kisses me, oh my god!”

Six months ago, Cindy Chen Si Yi almost lost opportunity to perform because of a foot injury, feel very grateful for still giving the chance to come back.

Not Troubled Viann Zhang Xin Yu stealing the spotlight

The movie compromise of three female leads including Viann Zhang Xin Yu and Li Fei Er. Cindy is not afraid of the rivalry as each respectively has their own characteristic.

Jerry has not filmed any movie ever since his first movie Magic Kitchen. Coming back this time round, the price is of course astonishing!.

Professor Ye Jin Biao said, “Wanted to get a China actor as the male lead initially but I insisted to get Jerry Yan as he has a very strong appealing power internationally. Also, he has not acted in a movie for a very long time.”

He also expressed that Jerry is coming back after 8 years and the price is certainly high. Even though he did not reveal the price, he said that Jerry Yan belongs to “astounding price”. The film has an investment of RMB12 million.

Regarding Jerry Yan comeback to movie, Director Wang Kai Xuan also said, “Waited very long for Jerry schedule previously, this is Jerry new work. Jerry expressed that he likes the script a lot. Hence, everyone is looking forward to it!”

Dark Wedding is a Love Suspense Thriller will commence filming in Beijing and begin shooting on November 20, 2011
